Mr. DONG is an off-staff expert and long-time friend of the founder of Jadong.
Mr. WANG has retired as a senior judge. He served as a full-time member of the Judicial Committee of the Beijing Second Intermediate People's Court (as the Deputy Director).
In 1983, he served as a judge of the Beijing Intermediate People's Court and engaged in civil and copyright judicial work. In 1993, he specialized in adjudicating intellectual property trials. He has served as the presiding judge/director of the civil adjudication division, the intellectual property trial division, and the trial management office.
He formerly was the executive director of the China Law Association on Science & Technology, the director of the China Intellectual Property Society, the standing director of the Research Society of Law on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Consumers, and the standing director of the Beijing Copyright Protection Association.
He was appointed and formerly served as a Commissioner/Expert of the China Trademark Review and Adjudication Board (TRAB), the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission Online Dispute Resolution Center, the Institute of Internet Governance and Law, and the Institute for Internet Policy & Law International Expert Committee.

Mrs. LIANG has had a professional career in commercial arbitration since 2000. As the ex-deputy director of the Marketing Department and ex-director of Multi-Dispute Resolution Department of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), she had handled more than 800 cases as case manager, case supervisor and arbitrator. While working for CIETAC, she was also a member of the Arbitral Award Review Committee and reviewed as many as 300 awards. She accumulated rich experience in handling a diverse range of arbitration cases including international trade and investment, joint venture, loans and leasing agreements, construction, bank and insurance, etc. As the ex-secretary in general of CIETAC Online Dispute Resolution Center (Domain Name Dispute Resolution), as well as a domain name dispute resolution expert, she made and reviewed about 500 Decisions on .cn, .com, cases.
